M.Tech Program

The M.Tech Program of the ICFAI University, Jaipur is designed to encourage the future professionals to equip themselves with the latest tools and techniques in the field of Science and Technology. The program has been structured so as to identify and understand the commonality as well as the divergence amongst specialized fields of engineering.

Duration: Two Years

B.Tech with minimum 60% in aggregate. Final year students are also eligible to apply.
Admissions are based on performance in

  • GATE scores or
  • The ICFAI University, Jaipur Entrance Test and
  • Interview.

Program Structure

The M.Tech Program is organized into four semesters spread over two years. The University follows a Credit-based semester system of teaching-learning and evaluation. The program consists of 7 specialized courses and 4 open electives along with a mathematical elective. Students are also required to deliver a seminar and pursue an MTech Dissertation / Internship.
